River Island in Athlone is seeking an energetic Product Team Leader to guide the store team, delivering an inspirational customer journey and a high‑performing environment. You will be an expert in product handling and will focus on delivering exceptional visual execution and customer service.

Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager, you will help develop the team and maintain operational standards to drive outstanding sales and KPI results while fostering a positive, engaging workplace

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong interest in fashion and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver great product placement and create wow wearable outfits.
• Maintain strong visual standards and customer journey focus in every decision.
• Duty manage across service, people, and operations.
• Support Commercial / Product Manager to empower the store team for the customer.
• Understand and use commercial tools to drive actions and store KPIs.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and RFID accuracy.
• Support store operations including health and safety compliance.
• Develop the store team to deliver a high performing, engaged workforce.
