• 5+ years retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a team of 30+ colleagues.
• Experience managing profit and loss accounts with responsibility for targets & business objectives.
• Superb communicator with ability to articulate messages clearly and engage colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to influence and engage with all levels of an organization.
• Values diversity of thought and fosters an engaged in-store culture.
