Woodie's in Mullingar is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 30+ strong team, drive service standards and store profitability, and implement a local business plan aligned with central guidance.

The successful candidate will be an authentic leader, capable of developing future leaders, delivering growth, and communicating clearly across the organization. Permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week with a 5‑out‑of‑7 schedule and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a team of 30+ colleagues.
• Experience managing profit and loss accounts with targets and business objectives.
• An authentic leader who mentors store teams to deliver growth and initiatives.
• Innovative thinker who values diverse backgrounds and ideas.
