Job summary

The Dune Group in Dublin is seeking a Store Manager for a 1 year fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead and motivate the store team to deliver the Dune experience and exceed customer expectations in service and in-store presentation.

You will oversee daily operations, drive KPI performance, and support staff development while maintaining an energetic, friendly store culture. This temporary role offers progression opportunities within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience inspiring and motivating a team (≥1 year).
• Confidence, enthusiasm and positivity in a retail setting.
• Passion for team development while delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs to achieve results.
• Excellent attention to detail to keep stores flawless.
• Experience implementing store processes and seeking improvements.

About the role

You'll join our vibrant team in Grafton St, Dublin where you will play an integral role at the heart of our business. You'll inspire our teams to deliver the Dune experience and exceed our customers' expectations in service and in-store experience. Our Store Managers are experts in their field and with their commercial instinct they are always looking for ways to make improvements. You'll enjoy making sure that customer service is a priority, that our teams are happy and motivated whilst driving the success of your store. This success of course, will all be done whilst having fun working with fabulous teams and beautiful product! We want you to love what you do as much as we do.
