Job summary

Nourish Health Food Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our busy Dunnes Stores concession in Beacon Court, Dublin. You will lead a team of up to 10 colleagues, oversee stock, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This 40-hour week features Monday–Friday shifts with occasional evenings and weekends, salary around €41,000+ negotiable by experience, plus generous annual leave, wellbeing day and staff discounts.

About the Role

This is a 40-hour-per-week position, with shifts across Monday to Friday and occasional weekend cover. Candidates must be flexible to work across our opening hours of 8am-10pm. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading and developing your team, managing stock, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The role is based within a busy Dunnes Stores concession, so you'll need to be comfortable building strong relationships with customers, Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management. Occasional travel to Dublin or Cork will be required for training and development, along with quarterly Managers' meetings.
