Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Part-Time Store Supervisor for a busy Dunnes Stores concession in Cork. The role covers 16–24 hours weekly with Saturday/Sunday shifts and midweek availability. You may work at multiple Nourish locations within the area to meet business needs.

Shifts on Sundays and overtime over 39 hours are paid at time-and-a-half, with bank holidays at double time. The role focuses on building relationships with customers and Dunnes staff while supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Job description

Summary of role:

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Supervisor to support our busy store in Dunnes Stores, Douglas Court S.C., Cork. This position covers 16- 24 hours per week with shifts every Saturday and Sunday, with midweek availability required. Candidates must be flexible to cover shifts across all opening hours of 8am to 9pm. Please be sure you can commute to and from the store for early starts and late finish times. As an essential requirement of your role and a contractual condition of your employment, you may be required to work at different store locations within your designated operational area to meet the needs of the business.

Shifts worked on Sundays and hours worked over 39 hours are paid at time and a half. Bank Holidays are paid at double time and we currently pay on a weekly basis.

This role is located within a concession of a fast-paced supermarket environment. Candidates must be comfortable building relationships with customers, fellow Nourish teammates, and Dunnes staff members.
