Nourish is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Dunnes Stores concession in Blanchardstown, Dublin. You will lead a busy team, oversee stock, drive sales and maintain outstanding customer service in a health-focused retail environment.

The role is 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri with occasional weekend shifts and evenings, in a fast-paced setting. Competitive €45,000+ salary, plus training and career progression opportunities.

Nourish is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a team in our busy store in Dunnes Stores, Blanchardstown Centre, D15.

About the Role

This is a 40-hour-per-week position, with shifts across Monday to Friday and occasional weekend cover. Candidates must be flexible to work across our opening hours of 8am–10pm.

You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading and developing your team, managing stock, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

The role is based within a busy Dunnes Stores concession, so you’ll need to be comfortable building strong relationships with customers, Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management.

Occasional travel to Dublin or Cork will be required for training and development, along with quarterly Managers' meetings.
