Job summary

Nourish is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Dunnes Stores concession in Limerick. You will lead a team of up to 10, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer service across 8am–10pm opening hours.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with one weekly evening shift and one monthly weekend shift. Occasional travel to Dublin or Cork for training is required.

About the Role

This is a 40-hour-per-week position, with shifts across Monday to Friday and occasional weekend cover. Candidates must be flexible to work across our opening hours of 8am–10pm.

You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading and developing your team, managing stock, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

The role is based within a busy Dunnes Stores concession, so you’ll need to be comfortable building strong relationships with customers, Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management.

Occasional travel to Dublin or Cork will be required for training and development, along with quarterly Managers’ meetings.
