Job summary

Nourish Health Food Stores is seeking an experienced retail manager for a 40-hour week in a busy Dunnes Stores concession in Ireland. You will lead and develop the store team, manage stock, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service across opening hours 8am-10pm.

Occasional travel for training is required, with potential weekend cover and a Monday–Friday pattern. The Nourish group is an Irish family business with over 200 colleagues across 21 locations.

About the Role

This is a 40-hour-per-week position, with shifts across Monday to Friday and occasional weekend cover. Candidates must be flexible to work across our opening hours of 8am-10pm. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading and developing your team, managing stock, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The role is based within a busy Dunnes Stores concession, so you'll need to be comfortable building strong relationships with customers, Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management. Occasional travel to Dublin or Cork will be required for training and development, along with quarterly Managers' meetings.
