Job summary

Nourish is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy store concession in Dublin 15, overseeing up to 10 team members. The role covers 40 hours a week with shifts across Monday to Friday, plus occasional weekends, and requires flexibility to work across store locations within the area.

You will build relationships with customers, Nourish teammates and Dunnes staff, while upholding our wellness-first culture and delivering exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Flexible to work across store locations within the operational area.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 10 staff in a busy store.
• Manage daily store operations across opening hours (8am–10pm).
• Build strong relationships with customers, Nourish teammates and Dunnes staff.
• Ensure Nourish standards and customer service excellence.
