Maxi Zoo Ireland is seeking a Store Manager for our Turners Cross store. You will lead daily retail operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional pet care and customer service.

You will manage KPI performance, stock control, staff development, and create a welcoming shopping experience for pets and their owners.

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager in our Turners Cross Store.

The Store Manager is a leader who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager, and together they provide a smooth and profitable operation by driving revenue and managing costs while creating a culture based on the highest quality pet care and exceptional customer service.

• Operational Store Excellence -Ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines. Optimise efficiency, streamline processes, and drive informed decision-making for enhanced store performance.
• Operational Store Analytics – Achieve company KPI’s, Cash & Stock Management Audit, management of store personnel costs and sales performance.
• Leadership - Empower your team's growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect.
• Merchandise and Inventory - Ensure impeccable product availability, planogram implementation and ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Customer Engagement - Driving customer engagement by leading by example and ensuring the entire team provides exemplary service
