Zusammenfassung

Maxi Zoo Ireland is seeking a Store Manager for our Waterford store, leading daily operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service and animal care. You will drive revenue, manage costs, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

You will report to the District Manager and play a key role in KPI attainment, merchandising excellence, and operational leadership within a growing pet-care ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
• Full driving license and own transport.
• Proven track record in achieving KPI’s.
• Powerful leadership skills and business acumen.
• Strong customer service and organisational skills.

• Operational Store Excellence – ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines, optimise efficiency and drive informed decisions for better performance.
• Operational Store Analytics – achieve KPIs, cash and stock management, manage personnel costs and sales performance.

• Merchandise and Inventory – ensure product availability, planogram compliance and accurate inventory management.

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager in our Waterford Store.

The Store Manager is a leader who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager, and together they provide a smooth and profitable operation by driving revenue and managing costs while creating a culture based on the highest quality pet care and exceptional customer service.

• Operational Store Analytics – Achieve company KPI’s, Cash & Stock Management Audit, management of store personnel costs and sales performance.
• Leadership - Empower your team's growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect.
• Merchandise and Inventory - Ensure impeccable product availability, planogram implementation and ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Customer Engagement - Driving customer engagement by leading by example and ensuring the entire team provides exemplary service
• Brand Integrity - Ensuring that the animals entrusted to us are well cared for at all times, and that the welfare of the animal comes first.
