Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Ireland to lead a high-performing team and own store performance. You’ll drive sales, profitability and operational excellence, creating outstanding customer experiences across in-store and omnichannel channels.

Lead by example, coach and develop staff, ensure brand standards, and translate strategic goals into actionable store plans while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving sales, profitability, and store performance.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse data and act on insights.
• Ability to translate local and global strategy into store plans and KPIs.
