Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ireland to lead store operations and drive commercial success on the shop floor. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, while role-modelling our signature selling ceremony to deliver world-class customer experiences.

You will be responsible for the store’s smooth running in the absence of the Store Manager, including rotas, stock control and compliance, while ensuring high standards and a positive, engaging customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability in-store.
• Strong communication and coaching to develop performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs and customer feedback to inform commercial decisions.
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing strategies to hit sales targets.
• Champion visual merchandising reflecting brand guidelines to maximise impact.
• Lead and nurture a diverse, inclusive team, delivering regular development conversations.
