Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for Cork Patrick Street on a 12-Month FTC, Full-Time contract. The role leads the store’s performance, drives sales, profitability and operational excellence, and inspires a high-performing team in a customer-centric environment.

You’ll deliver outstanding customer experiences, implement Pandora’s values, and ensure store standards across merchandising, training, and daily operations. A strong commercial mindset and passion for people are essential.

• Proven experience driving sales, profitability, and commercial performance in retail.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and take action to improve results.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
