Job summary

Vodafone Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results. You will lead from the front, empower your team, and ensure alignment with Vodafone’s purpose and Spirit behaviours.

This is the most senior role in the store, accountable for performance, operations, and people. You will work with your Assistant Manager to achieve results and ensure compliance across all measures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a retail or customer-focused environment (3+ years).
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with use of data to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store performance, delivering on sales, customer experience and KPIs.
• Lead and inspire the team to achieve potential and foster high engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day running with Assistant Manager for seamless operations.
• Provide coaching to drive continuous improvement and high standards.
• Maintain store presentation, housekeeping, merchandising and compliance.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Use data like footfall and sales trends to optimise performance and scheduling.
• Build connections with the local community to drive engagement and growth.
• Promote collaboration, accountability and customer focus across the team.
