Job summary

Tirlán is seeking a Branch Manager for its CountryLife store in Campile. You will lead day-to-day operations, inspire your team, drive sales growth and maintain high retail standards to serve the local farming and wider community.

The role reports to the Area Manager and involves branch performance, stock control, customer engagement and cross-network collaboration within Tirlán Agribusiness. Strong leadership and customer-focused approach required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Experience in retail, agricultural retail, sales or customer service environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience for all customers visiting the branch.
• Build strong customer relationships and help customers find products and solutions that meet their needs.
• Drive sales growth across the store's retail and agricultural product ranges.
• Identify opportunities to expand local business and strengthen the branch's presence in the community.
• Monitor branch performance and implement actions to achieve sales, margin and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture.
• Support employee development through regular coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Ensure colleagues have tools, training and support to succeed.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Oversee stock control and inventory processes.
