Tirlán is seeking a Branch Manager for its CountryLife store in Campile. You will lead day-to-day operations, inspire your team, drive sales growth and maintain high retail standards to serve the local farming and wider community.

The role reports to the Area Manager and involves branch performance, stock control, customer engagement and cross-network collaboration within Tirlán Agribusiness. Strong leadership and customer-focused approach required.

The Opportunity

As Branch Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our CountryLife store in Campile, creating an exceptional customer experience while delivering strong commercial results.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire and develop your team, drive sales growth, maintain high retail standards and ensure the branch continues to be a valued destination for customers across the local farming and wider community.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will have responsibility for branch performance, team leadership, customer engagement, stock management and operational excellence while working closely with colleagues across the wider Tirlán Agribusiness network.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Commercial Performance

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience for all customers visiting the branch.
• Build strong customer relationships and support customers in finding products and solutions that meet their needs.
• Drive sales growth across the store's retail and agricultural product ranges.
• Identify opportunities to expand local business and strengthen the branch's presence within the community.
• Monitor branch performance and implement actions to achieve sales, margin and profitability targets.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture.

Retail Operations

What We're Looking For

We are interested in hearing from candidates who bring strong leadership, customer service and commercial experience from retail, sales, hospitality, customer-facing operations or agricultural environments.

You may be an experienced Branch Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career.
