Tesco Ireland is seeking a proactive Line Manager to lead a department and coach a team to deliver outstanding service and availability for customers. You will model Tesco values and drive performance through coaching and smart delegation.

In this role you will plan seasonal activity, ensure training compliance, and build strong relationships with colleagues while maintaining high standards of safety and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Demonstrated track record as Line Manager: delivering right outcomes for customers and colleagues.
• Adaptable and agile in thinking.
• Delivering key objectives in a fast paced environment.
• Go-to person for department queries.
• Shaping and influencing at senior levels.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Always put the customer first in all actions.
• Know your customers and serve them with pride.
• Ensure products and services are available for customers at all times.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Keep shop floor and back areas clean and tidy.
• Follow department routines and processes from training.
• Follow company policies and health & safety routines.
• Support colleagues in other departments when needed.
