Job summary

Musgrave Wholesale Partners is seeking an experienced replenishment specialist to support store replenishment queries, analyze data, and adjust orders across seasonal and event-driven demand. The role requires Retail/Supply Chain experience, strong analytical ability, and clear communication with retailers and stakeholders.

You will work closely with Supply Chain Operations, Trading and Retail IT, contribute to rollout programs, and advise on local events while maintaining data quality and

Qualifications

• Experience with FMCG ordering systems.
• Experience in Retail or Supply Chain functions.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication with retailers and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage issues from identification through to resolution.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for store replenishment queries.
• Develop understanding of key replenishment algorithms and data elements.
• Perform root cause analysis of issues with replenishment amend data and parameters.
• Utilise system tools to apply adjustments to suggested orders for seasonality and events.
• Advise retailers on how to manage local events.
• Maintain required data elements and parameters to support processes.
• Support rollout for retailers introduced to new replenishment model.
• Identify data anomalies and take corrective action.
• Review metrics with the Business Analyst and determine corrective actions.
• Review and update documented procedures/workflows as required.
• Interpret data to understand trends and make recommendations.
• Provide training for new coordinators.
• Communicate issues and performance to drive improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Ops, Trading, Retail IT.
• Support testing of proposed changes to parameters, algorithms and data.
