Job summary

M&P O’Sullivan Ltd is seeking a full-time Reorder Buyer to join our Wilton team. You will work closely with the Trading Manager to order stock, manage stock levels and maximise service levels based on a defined supplier base.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, is customer-focused, and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Hours are flexible for the right candidate with weekly pay and on-site parking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the placement of weekly orders for suppliers.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, raise purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery dates.
• Monitor daily missed sales reports and act to minimise sales disruption.
