Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking a Senior Stock Plan Analyst in Letterkenny. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Letterkenny Office, and focuses on end-to-end administration of global equity programs including RSUs, PS, and PSPP.

You will manage grant setup, eligibility, vesting, tax and payroll interfaces, and post-release reconciliation while coordinating with Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in global stock plan operations including grant administration, equity releases, and PSPP activities.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret stock plan, payroll, tax, and participant data.
• Ability to coordinate multiple recurring and event-driven stock plan processes with strong governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage stock plan exercises, including transaction monitoring, data validation, payroll and tax coordination, reconciliations, and timely escalation of material risks or participant impacts.
• Lead operational grant administration for international and domestic employee populations, including data prep, award setup, testing, validation, reconciliation, documentation, and complex exceptions resolution.
• Own the delivery of RSU/PS and other equity release activities from planning through completion, including eligibility validation, tax/payroll interfaces, share calculations, and post-release reconciliation.
• Execute PSPP/Employee Stock Purchase Plan activities, including enrollment support, contributions, purchases, refunds, transfers, inquiries, reporting, controls, and issue resolution.
