Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Stock Plan Analyst to support critical operational processes across equity plan administration, reporting and data management in a regulated environment. You will partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely stock plan activities.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the Letterkenny office, and offers solid benefits and a chance to contribute to a global asset manager’s stock plan operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting stock plan administration or equity programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to controls.
• Experience working with external vendors and internal partners.
• Knowledge of compliance and audit support in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily stock plan administration activities including processing and maintenance.
• Manage daily imports, data exchanges, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Support recurring stock plan processes and PSPP activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain audit docs.
• Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement for efficiency.
