Job summary

PGIM Ireland, the global stock plan arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking a Senior Stock Plan Analyst to manage end-to-end equity programs across international and domestic populations. You will oversee grant setup, vesting, releases, payroll interfaces, and post-release reconciliation while coordinating with Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in global stock plan operations including grant administration and PSPP activities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret payroll, tax, and participant data.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stock plan processes with governance and accuracy.
• Knowledge of equity compensation principles and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage stock plan exercises, including data validation and tax coordination.
• Lead grant administration activities for international and domestic populations.
• Own RSU/PS and equity release activities from planning to completion.
• Oversee PSPP enrollment, contributions, purchases, and inquiries.
