Job summary

Primark is seeking a Stock Flow Planner to lead stock flow and replenishment across products and stores during the Phase 1 pilot. You’ll challenge system recommendations, balance availability with trading needs, and collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain and Data Science teams.

You will develop deep SRO expertise and support user readiness for wider rollout, working in a hybrid model with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandising, planning, supply chain or retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret stock and performance data.
• Good commercial and operational judgement, understanding the impact of replenishment decisions on availability and trading.
• Experience investigating stock or operational issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Confidence to challenge system recommendations, solve problems and influence stakeholders across teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and communicate effectively; experience with replenishment/allocation systems or tech implementation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own stock flow and replenishment activity across products, stores and workflows throughout the Phase 1 pilot.
• Review and analyse replenishment outputs, identifying risks, exceptions and areas needing intervention.
• Apply operational, trading and store insight to challenge and validate system-generated replenishment recommendations.
• Collaborate across Retail, Buying & Merchandising, Planning & Space, Supply Chain, Data Science, Product and vendor teams to resolve stock flow issues.
• Represent the replenishment function in solution design, testing and training, shaping future workflows and escalation processes.
• Develop deep SRO expertise and capture Phase 1 learnings, supporting user readiness and wider rollout of future capability.
