Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Forecast Analyst to support the Phase 1 Smart Retail Ordering (SRO) project. You will own forecasting across pilots, collaborating with Data Science, Product and vendor teams to interpret and challenge forecasts.

You will drive end-to-end forecasting for stores and products, work with business teams to ensure forecasts support commercial priorities, and develop deep system knowledge as a superuser during rollout phases.

Qualifications

• Proven forecasting experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actions.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science, Product and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting for products, stores and workflows within the SRO pilot.
• Analyse forecast outputs and challenge anomalies using data-driven judgement.
• Investigate issues and partner with data, product and vendor teams to root causes and solutions.
• Collaborate across Buying, Merchandising, Retail, Planning and Supply Chain to align forecasts with priorities.
• Shape the future forecasting solution through design sessions, testing and governance.
