Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Dublin is seeking a Stock Flow Planner to support the new Smart Retail Ordering (SRO) capability, shaping forecasting, replenishment and stock decisions across depots and stores.

You will analyse stock flow, challenge system-generated recommendations and collaborate across Retail, Buying & Merchandising, Planning & Space, Supply Chain, Data Science and Product teams to help shape Primark’s future replenishment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandising, planning, supply chain or retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret stock and performance data.
• Good commercial and operational judgement impacting availability and trading performance.

Responsibilities

• Own stock flow and replenishment activity across products, stores and workflows during Phase 1 pilot.
• Review replenishment outputs, identify risks and areas needing intervention.
• Challenge system-generated replenishment recommendations and decide actions.
• Collaborate across Retail, Buying & Merchandising, Planning & Space, Supply Chain, Data Science, Product and vendors.
• Represent replenishment in design, testing, training and validation processes.
• Develop SRO expertise and capture Phase 1 learnings for wider rollout.
