Job summary

Musgrave invites applications for a Replenishment Planner to improve stock availability and supply chain efficiency across Ireland. You will partner with commercial and operations teams to optimise inventory and ensure 100% customer availability while driving waste reduction.

The role requires strong planning, forecasting and supplier-management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory planning essential, ideally in wholesale/foodservice.
• Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to confidently prioritise tasks.
• Understanding of forecasting activity and supplier management.
• Track record in process development to drive continuous improvement.
• Team player with ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to ensure 100% availability to support customer demand.
• Utilise ERP system for processing purchase orders and inventory control.
• Measure supplier delivery performance with regular service-level communication.
• Identify and challenge safety stock levels, MOQs and lead times for optimal availability.
• Support waste reduction and manage short life product risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trading and Sales to manage range and inventory and address overstocks.
