• Senior HR Generalist or HRBP with standalone work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and multi-jurisdiction coordination.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR queries, employees records, and administration across multi-jurisdictional entities.
• Draft, update and standardise handbooks, procedures, and policies for compliance across regions.
• Act as primary contact for external payroll providers, track hires, salary adjustments, and benefits changes.
• Guide managers on performance, absence, leave tracking, and employee relations matters.
• Oversee leave tracking tools and evaluate future HRIS implementations for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Underwriting heads in Dublin and internationally to support recruitment and culture initiatives.
