Qualifications

• Track record of leading complex, multi‑quarter initiatives that span design, delivery and operations.
• Hands-on experience building and operating distributed data systems in production.
• Clean, robust, and performant software craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives from framing to rollout.
• Own the architecture of ingestion, storage, query, and metrics generation.
• Design APIs for humans and agents to enable Tempo usage across products.
