Fin—an AI-driven customer experience company—hires a Staff/Principal level Product Designer to push the boundaries of product craft. You will shape interactions across AI-powered tools and automation, leading design from concept through execution with autonomy and influence across teams.

As a core designer, you’ll mentor others, influence product strategy, and help build world-class experiences for millions of users.

Qualifications

• World-class IC designer with craft at the core.
• Experience designing across desktop, mobile, chat interfaces and AI-first experiences.
• Able to prototypе and communicate ideas with engineers using tools like Framer and Figma.
• Strong storytelling, autonomy, and ownership in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas.
• Define interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin’s products.
• Prototype and test ideas at multiple fidelities to validate decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to define problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain craft standards while balancing speed and execution.
• Mentor others and contribute to design culture within Fin.
