Job summary

Ethos Care Group in Ireland is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a nursing home setting. You will lead by example, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met while maintaining high clinical standards.

You will support, mentor and supervise care staff, maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with an active NMBI PIN.
• Currently living in Ireland and eligible to work in Ireland.
• Experience in nursing home, older persons' care, rehabilitation or acute hospital desirable.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care practices is advantageous.
• Excellent clinical, communication and documentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and organisational abilities.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends across a 7-day roster.

• Deliver excellent nursing care while promoting residents' dignity, independence and respect

You will lead by example, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.This role is ideally suited to nurses currently living in Ireland who have relevant clinical experience and are passionate about providing exceptional care to older persons.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and professional nurse with a commitment to delivering exceptional resident care. You will be confident working within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate sound clinical judgement, and be dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice. Applicants must hold an active NMBI registration and be currently eligible to work in Ireland. Experience working within the Irish healthcare system is desirable.
