Job summary

Ethos Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a supportive nursing home environment. You will lead by example, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

You will work with a friendly, multidisciplinary team, with a focus on dignity, respect, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN.
Passionate about caring for older people.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent nursing care and promote dignity and respect.
Support and supervise care staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
Assist with audits and inspections.
