Ethos Care Group in Ireland is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a supportive nursing home environment. You will lead by example, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional and social needs are met to the highest standards of clinical practice.

We welcome nurses currently living in Ireland with relevant clinical experience and a passion for improving quality of life for older persons.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with an active NMBI PIN.
• Currently living in Ireland and eligible to work in Ireland.
• Experience in nursing home, older persons' care, rehabilitation or acute hospital setting is desirable.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centered care practices is advantageous.
• Excellent clinical, communication and documentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and organisational abilities.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends on a 7-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care focusing on dignity, independence and respect for residents.
• Support, mentor and supervise healthcare assistants and care staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records
• Assist with audits, inspections and quality improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes for residents
