Job summary

Ethos Care Group seeks a compassionate Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a supportive nursing home environment in Ireland. You will lead by example, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met while upholding the highest clinical standards.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, mentor care staff, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with an active NMBI PIN.
• Experience in nursing home, older persons' care, rehabilitation or acute hospital settings desirable.
• Excellent clinical, communication and documentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends across a 7-day roster.

You will lead by example, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.This role is ideally suited to nurses currently living in Ireland who have relevant clinical experience and are passionate about providing exceptional care to older persons.

• Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care practices is advantageous
• Excellent clinical, communication and documentation skills
• Strong teamwork and organisational abilities
• Passionate about caring for older people and enhancing quality of life
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends across a 7-day roster
