RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring a Staff Nurse for a Nursing Home in Co Limerick, Ireland. You will deliver high-quality patient care, uphold dignity, privacy and respect, and support residents and families during bereavement.

You will work under the Named Nurse model, maintain documentation, liaise with healthcare professionals, ensure medicines are managed safely, and participate in HIQA inspections.

• Ensure strict adherence to policies governing the control, administration, and safe custody of medicines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of HIQA standards and participate in inspections.
• Ensure admissions are completed with full documentation.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to support safe discharge planning and continuity of care.

Liaise with healthcare professionals to support safe and coordinated discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care for each resident.

Requirements

• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Only candidates holding Stamp 4, Stamp 1G, Irish citizenship, EU/EEA citizenship, or any status granting full work rights in Ireland are eligible to apply.
