Google — Trust & Safety Ad Traffic Quality team in Ireland — seeks a data-driven professional to identify and mitigate risks that threaten safety and integrity across Google products. You will analyze billions of events, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales and Legal to implement scalable safety measures, and help protect users and advertisers daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• 7 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• 7 years of experience utilizing Python and SQL to solve engineering issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze evolving AI threat landscape and forecast misuse vectors, translating insights into mitigation plans.
• Defend against fraud and abuse on Google's ad products and enforce actions against adversaries.
• Lead initiatives to implement next-generation safety mitigations and guide teams in building technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve ad traffic infrastructure and optimize defenses using ML, automation and scaling.
• Develop AI-assisted methods to improve manual review operations and provide actionable insights to engineering teams.
