BaxterStorey Ireland is seeking a Casual Stadium and Events Supervisor for Pairc Ui Chaoimh, Co. Cork. This part-time role involves coordinating events, supervising staff and ensuring safety and quality service.

You will lead event logistics, manage rostering, handle customer inquiries, and assist with on-site operations and cash reconciliation. 40 hours per week, permanent contract, €15 per hour.

Job Description

• Event Coordination & Logistics: Planning and executing events, including pre-event preparation, "load-in," event-day flow, and post-event cleanup/teardown.
• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and rostering staff and assigning duties.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and conducting risk assessments.
• Operational Management: Overseeing daily site operations, including preventative maintenance and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Customer Service: Handling visitor inquiries, resolving complaints, and acting as the main point of contact for clients, performers, and promoters.
• Financial Duties: Reconciling cash and reporting on costs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of experience in venue management, hospitality, or event logistics.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse, often high-volume, teams under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions during live events.
