Test Triangle is seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio/Program Manager to lead a strategic innovation and transformation portfolio within its global financial services division. The role requires direct interaction with senior business and technology executives in a high-visibility setting.

The candidate will drive strategy, governance and execution across multiple interdependent programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 20 years of experience delivering large, complex FinTech or enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale portfolios with multiple programs.
• Experience engaging C-suite and senior technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy, planning, prioritization, governance and execution.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business leaders, project managers, architects, engineering teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Manage dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, issues, timelines and delivery commitments.
• Establish executive reporting, escalation, governance and decision-making processes.
• Drive alignment and accountability across business and technology teams.

This highly visible, business-critical role will work directly with senior business and technology executives.

• 20 years of experience delivering large, complex FinTech, financial services, technology, or enterprise transformation programs
• Proven success managing enterprise-scale portfolios with multiple interconnected programs
• Experience within a Fortune 500 company, global enterprise, major financial institution, equipment-financing organization, or technology services environment
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior technology leaders
• Excellent stakeholder management, governance, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability across complex organizations
