Qualifications

• 20 years of experience delivering large, complex FinTech, financial services, technology, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven success managing enterprise-scale portfolios with multiple interconnected programs.
• Experience within a Fortune 500 company, global enterprise, major financial institution, equipment-financing organization, or technology services environment.
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior technology leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, governance, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy, planning, prioritization, governance, and execution.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business leaders, project managers, architects, engineering teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Manage dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, issues, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Establish executive reporting, escalation, governance, and decision-making processes.
• Drive alignment and accountability across business and technology teams.
