Job summary

Qualifications

• 20+ years delivering large, complex FinTech, financial services, technology, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale portfolios with multiple interconnected programs.
• Experience in Fortune 500/global enterprise/major financial institution environments.
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior technology leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder governance, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy, planning, prioritization, governance and execution.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business leaders, project managers, architects, engineering teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Manage dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, issues, timelines and delivery commitments.
• Establish executive reporting, escalation, governance and decision-making processes.
• Drive alignment and accountability across business and technology teams.
