Job summary

SGS is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at Ballybrit Industrial Estate to represent our client in the SPSV sector. The role involves handling calls, scheduling vehicle inspections, processing payments securely through the CRM, and delivering accurate information with a professional approach.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and solid PC proficiency. Leaving certificate or FETAC 5 is required.
