SGS in Ringaskiddy, Cork seeks a Client Services Specialist to manage client relationships, quotations and service delivery between clients and laboratory operations.
Ideal candidates have a science degree and 3–5 years in analytical testing or pharmaceutical client services, with experience in regulated environments and quotations or contracts.

The Client Services Specialist is responsible for managing customer relationships, quotations, contracts, project coordination and service delivery communications. The role acts as the primary interface between clients and laboratory operations, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood, translated into laboratory activities and delivered in accordance with agreed timelines, quality standards and regulatory requirements. The position plays a key role in client retention, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and the development of new business opportunities.
