Job summary

Red Chair Recruitment in Tralee is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our busy team. You will deliver an excellent customer experience, handle enquiries from initial contact to sale, and build long-term relationships with customers in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or customer-facing work, confident communication, and a genuine desire to understand customer needs.

Qualifications

1 year experience in sales or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, delivering a friendly and professional service at every stage.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
Prepare quotations, process sales and maintain accurate customer records.
Proactively follow up on enquiries and leads to maximise sales opportunities.
Identify opportunities to generate additional sales and develop existing customer relationships.
Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team and business objectives.
Handle customer queries efficiently and resolve any issues in a positive and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently advise customers.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners where required to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Provide general administrative and sales support to the wider team.
