Erne Motor Works in Cavan is seeking a Sales Executive to join a dedicated, motivated, customer-centric Sales Team. The role focuses on following an established sales process to meet targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery and beyond.

Ideal candidates will have a natural sales ability, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be confident using social media and modern digital platforms to generate leads and support marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Disciplined in following sales processes from start to finish.
• Professional, positive attitude and team player.
• Confident with social media and digital marketing tools.
• IT savvy with dealer systems; willing to learn new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow an effective sales process to meet targets and maximise vehicle sales.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry to delivery and beyond, building rapport with customers.
• Carry out appraisals and valuations on vehicles offered for part exchange.
• Aim for maximum profitability by selling new and used vehicles and related products.
• Assist in generating leads and participate in marketing, including social media content.
• Participate in training to maintain product knowledge and compliance with standards.
• Keep customer information, sales activities, and documentation accurate.
