Job summary

Tekno Surgical Ltd. is looking for a Spine and Interventional Pain Sales Specialist to lead the portfolio in the Leinster region.

You will build relationships with customers across accounts and work with the Business Unit Leader, Sales Manager and colleagues to define optimal sales strategy, product positioning, and market development. The role requires driving sales, strategic planning, and active engagement at conferences and educational events in Ireland and abroad, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

2+ years experience in Spine and Interventional Pain or experience within the surgical device market.
Strong drive with planning and organizational abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Commercially aware with the ability to manage a complex business.
Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

Managing the Spine and Interventional Pain portfolio across Accounts.
Engagement across neuro, orthopaedic general surgery and radiology as needed.
Develop relationships with key customers to form lasting partnerships.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales plans.
Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial inquiries.
Plan and implement business activity within area of responsibility.
Develop new business opportunities and identify market potential.
Collaborate with Managers to implement Spine and Interventional Pain market plans across departments.
Forecast progress and monitor direction in accounts.
Coordinate product launches and corporate activities within area of responsibility.
Attend conferences/meetings and educational courses with customers in Ireland and abroad.
