Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Spine Sales Specialist to lead Galway-Dublin regional accounts, engaging surgeons and hospital teams to deliver optimal patient care. You will develop strategies, deliver in-theatre support, and expand a physician network across Ireland with a focus on spine solutions.

You will build long-term relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with the Spine team to meet growth targets while upholding J&J compliance standards and patient-first

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Irish hospital environment (HSE and private)
• Degree in medical/science/healthcare or related qualifications
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify customer challenges and use Johnson & Johnson / DePuy Synthes resources to find solutions.
• Lead go-to-market opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide in-theatre support and ensure timely deliveries to enable smooth operations.
• Develop new customers and manage Dublin accounts to achieve sales goals.
