Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Spine Sales Specialist in Dublin to be the central contact for surgeons and hospital teams, delivering in-theatre support and building trusted relationships while expanding the customer base.

The role focuses on spine products within DePuy Synthes Spine, with competitive base pay and generous commission, a company car, pension and private healthcare; travel and overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• Crucial: Solid understanding of the Irish Hospital environment, both HSE & Private.
• Desirable: Degree in medical/science/sports science/business/technology or related qualifications (e.g. ODP, RGN, Physiotherapy).

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer challenges and requirements and using the full breadth of Johnson & Johnson / DePuySynthes resources, help find solutions.
• Lead in exciting new go-to-market opportunities to build long term meaningful relationships with your customers.
• In this role as a Spine Sales Specialist, be the central point of contact for Surgeons and Hospital teams to deliver the best possible care for patients.
