Job summary

TWO FIFTY SQAURE COFFEE in Sandyford and Terenure is hiring full-time baristas for on-site roles, with opening and closing shifts and rotating rostering from early morning to early evening.

You will train in specialty coffee, including milk steaming, espresso, latte art, till operation, and advising customers on bean selections.

This role requires flexibility across shifts, a commitment to food safety (HACCP) and maintaining a clean, stocked shop.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be capable of milk steaming and espresso preparation.
• Ability to explain coffee types and bean recommendations to customers.
• Willingness to train and learn specialty coffee standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date with our coffee varieties and offerings.
• Educate customers on coffee types and preferences.
• Close the shop and follow task lists on every shift.
• Keep barista area clean, organized and stocked.
• Implement food safety standards (HACCP).
• Rotate daily roles and responsibilities.
• Look after cake displays throughout the day.
