Job summary

Compass Group Ireland is seeking a Barista to craft beverages and deliver high-quality service in a full-time role based in Dublin. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, focusing on perfectly crafted coffees and a positive customer experience.

As part of a team, you will handle payments, maintain the bar area, and learn brewing methods while upholding Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards. Progression opportunities are available within the company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers.
• Keeping the bar area clean.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards).
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Representing Compass Group Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
